NOTE: Every Sun City Shadow Hills resident participating in Sun City Shadow Hills Community Association (SCSHCA) facilities, amenities, and/or participate in some or all of SCSHCA’s activities, programs or classes must complete and sign an informed consent and waiver. This waiver can be accessed and signed electronically on the Sun City Shadow Hills Homeowners Association website.
