General Golfing Information

●    Please use the Pay Online button to remit greens fees on the day before your play date.
●    Upon arrival, please check in with the coordinator outside of the pro shop.

●    Tee sheets are emailed to registered members the day before play date.​

●    Tee sheets can also be viewed on the Sign Up for Golf page by clicking on the date, then tee sheets.
●    Play dates, courses, and times may vary due to weather or other circumstances.

Wednesday Registration and Cancellation Information

The deadline to register for Wednesday Golf is Sunday at 9:00 p.m. prior to the play day. Cancellations for a specific date can be made on the Sign Up for Golf page utilizing the edit registration function. Cancellations must be received online by 10:00 a.m. Monday prior to play day.  Cancellations after 10:00 a.m. Monday must be made with the Pro Shop.  Must also notify Tournament I Chair when cancelling.  Goldie Kane 780-935-4688 gkane@shaw.ca

Friday Registration and Cancellation Information

Friday Golf uses Golf Genius.  The sign-up page closes at noon on Tuesday.  Late sign-ups need to call Jason at the pro shop or notify Goldie Kane by email to see if there is room to play. Tee sheets will be available on Golf Genius on Thursday.

Friday tee times start at 8:02 using split tees. You can cancel using Golf Genius before Tuesday at noon.  After that, you will need to notify Jason or Goldie.

 

You may bring a guest on Friday.  If you want to bring more than 1, please email Goldie.
